Precision Jet Pak wants customers to receive the correct parts in good condition and with confidence.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition. To request a return, please contact us with your order number, part number, and reason for the return.

Items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, modified, or specially ordered may not be eligible for return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order or a defective item.
